Vaccine and Medicine Cabinet

For Maximum Hygiene, Medical System Minibars cool from the body. For this reason, there is no FREEZER section (evaporator) in the inner body which the user can directly contact. Instead, it is placed between the insulation in the rear section. With this method called COLDWALL, a more hygienic and safe cooling is achieved. In addition, faster and more efficient cooling is provided for the product placed in this cabinet that can cool from its body. Since there is no cooling part in the body, it can be cleaned very easily. It cools between +2 / +8 degrees, which is the ideal cooling range required for vaccines and medicines. By means of the fan inside, the cold air is distributed and the temperature difference between the lower and upper shelves is eliminated.

There is a lock system to prevent the heat loss that may occur during continuous and unnecessary opening and closing.

The outer body is made of PVC coated galvanized sheet to preserve against oxidation and corrosion.

What is Coldwall Cooling :

Evaporator was used as a cooling plate in the previous periods in refrigerators and was situated in the form of a cylindrical freezer on the inner body surface or on the upper part of the refrigerators. Therefore, the user was able to contact the Evaporator. In addition, the food and drinks stored in the refrigerator could directly be exposed to the Evaporator surface. Thus, all kinds of dusts and wastes with infection-risk that were brought to the refrigerator with food packages sticked to the frost section. That part was frost again over time and could shelter together with the food until the next cleaning period.

Nowadays, Evaporators are designed to be located between the inner body and the insulation section of refrigerators. In this way, the cooling plate is in no way visible to the refrigerator user. The internal volume consists of the body in net, and the inner body that is free from any bumps or pits can be easily cleaned in respect of the hygiene standards.

Why Coldwall Cooling :

With the Coldwall Cooling system, the use of the freezer in classical designs is completely eliminated. In this way, the risk of infection and the environmental conditions in which the virus-borne infecters can live for a long time in the refrigerator are minimized. 

Since there is no freezer in the product, ice formation is prevented, and frost areas where each new user can place food residues and contact are inhibited.
