Ventilation

Ventilation for Minibar in Furniture

Circulation moves from bottom to top. Warmed and expanded air vacuum the cold air coming from below. For this reason, we recommend a minimum 10 cm x 40 cm ventilation space (linear grille) at the top and bottom. The lack of furniture doors in glass-door minibars is not an advantage for ventilation, but a major disadvantage. Because ventilation is insufficient, the heated air accumulates above and moves to the front and sides of the cabinet. This causes the outer body of the cabinet and the interior surface of the furniture to heat up. For this reason, ventilation should be provided in glass door minibar applications.
